"10/10 apartment in Fez if you want to get 100% comfortable"

Very nice flat, extremely clean, with all equipment you need. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is great, the fridge is huge. Also, you can do your laundry if you travel for some time. It is a bit far from Medina, but you can order InDrive for 3 € in one direction. Also, the supermarket is very near and some nice restaurants in the Ville Nouvelle. Great stay if you are in Fez.

3 things which did not change my 10 rate, but should be mentioned: 1. The communication with the host was a bit off. At first, she confused me with the address of the flat (just put Luxury Appartement Noor in Google Maps and volia, she gave me different address). Also, she offered me help with recommendations. When I asked her via WhatsApp where to print my boarding pass and to recommend me reliable airport transfer and good hammam, she invited me to her riad / cafe and she promised to answet my questions there. When I answered that I might not have time for that and to simple write me, she ghosted me. But nevermind, she was nice and I figured everythinh out with the help of Google. 2. The building door got stuck when we were leaving early for the airport. I have no idea how we managed to open them, but we had to use our hands, as well as our airport driver. Pretty bad experience. 3. There are cockroaches in the apartment. I saw only two, but just have that in mind.

Just the location

The guy was rude to be honest I called him once about the AC controller I said hi to him sorry for disturbing just couldn’t find the controller for the AC he said to me you disturbing me !!! The toilet paper just one there and there’s no spare one towels just 2 for shower there’s a coffee machine asked him about the capsule he said you should buy for yourself which is strange anyway i don’t know why he was like that i saw the reviews maybe he do treat foreigners well but with me was not polite at all if i send a msg asking about something he only reply with 1 word anyway bad experience to be honest
