Location and good value for money

The pull out sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable

Location, quiet , spacious

Disappointing. The apartment is very spacious and over all quiet, but those are sadly the only things I can give as positives. The apartment is not clean and so many things need fixing. From the plinth falling off in the kitchen, to calcium build up around the taps. Screws sticking out everywhere, bulb fixture on top of the fridge just laying there, AC not hooked up, an extra built in wine refrigerator, but no wine glasses, the list goes on. I have to mention the mens underpants that came out of the sheeting. Considering the large amount they charge for the cleaning fee, I would have expected lots more. Sadly I cannot give a positive review

The property was overall very nice, spacious and comfortable, also very well located and well equipped. The property was efficient in answering on the emails, however, phone would have been a little more faster and comfortable, specially when we arrived.

Finding the keys was a challenge and no one answered the phone when I called in the night. It was like a puzzle to find the keys and find your right apartment. Sine we stayed for 5 nights, linen should have been changed by the property owners on their own.

Nice modern flat in a historic building with secluded yard, near the centre.

Location, location, location! It was exactly where we could enjoy the city, lake, and shopping!!!
