The object charged for the reservation and right upon our arrival informed we could not enter the apartment due to lack of staff in town. I haven't received the refund yet.

Genuinely a really nice apartment

Unfortunately I have to leave this apartment a negative review despite how nice the apartment is. This is because the hosts failed to sort out the issue of us having no AC. They claimed that the remote for the AC "had been stolen". Even if this was the case they should've provided us a replacement instead of leaving us for 4 days in 28 degrees weather with no AC!

It's a nice flat with a lot of place

Massive flat, very well furnished, wonderful hosts and excellent location.

The place was amazing, plenty of space for our family. Very clean and tidy.

Didn't receive our breakfast and no wifi.

On booking map the location was beside the CTM bus station, we booked it exactly for that reason since we had to take a bus early in the morning the next day. Unfortunately in reality it was around 20 minutes away (on foot) from the location booking map showed, the owners understood the issue and drove us to the CTM station the next morning for free, very welcoming owners.
