Localização, estacionamento em local próximo, espaço do apartamento. O proprietário se preocupa em deixar todos os itens e utensílios necessários e é muito simpático e prestativo.

Prédio antigo que apesar de reformado tem a vazão da água na cozinha e banheiro baixa. Alguns eletrodomésticos precisam ser trocados ou bem higienizados pois não estão em condições de uso pela sujeira como: cafeteira, torradeira e chaleira elétrica. Sei que não é culpa do proprietário e sim dos hóspedes anteriores que não tiveram cuidado, mas o estado dessas peças me impossibilitou de usá-las.
