HRThe surroundings are quiet, and the free parking in the reserved garage was convenient. The apartment also includes a washing machine, which was very useful, and a decent terrace.
There are numerous hidden fees not disclosed upfront. For instance, if your shoes are muddy from rain, you must clean them with toilet paper or face a cleaning fee—using a towel for cleaning incurs an additional charge. The apartment lacks a sink in the toilet area, forcing you to use the bathroom to wash your hands. The living room blinds are broken and can not be lowered, and several lights don’t work, likely due to un-replaced bulbs. The apartment feels outdated and poorly maintained. To top it off, the owner messaged us after checkout, asking us for a 10-star rating.

BEI stayed only for one night, but the apartment is clean, comfortable, and very spacious, with everything you might need for a longer stay. It’s well equipped, there’s coffee and tea provided, a comfy bed, and a nice terrace, which is definitely a bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent, Tatiana is very helpful, friendly, and quick to reply. Check-in instructions were easy to follow, and there’s safe parking on site. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the city center (about 15 minutes by bus). Overall, a great stay, clean, comfy, and well organized. I would happily book again!
A couple of small things to note: the terrace door curtain in the living room is broken, so it doesn’t offer full privacy in the evening or complete darkness in the morning if you sleep on the sofa bed. It would also be nice to have some basic toiletries like shower gel available, just in case travelers arrive without any.
