Sehr gute Lage, in einem ruhigen Quartier gelegen. Nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Check-in und -out hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Zustand der Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wände, Decken sowie die Zargen vertragen gerne einen neuen Anstrich. Sauberkeit und Hygiene hat noch etwas Luft nach oben. Für ein bis zwei Nächte absolut okay.

Die ruhige Lage.

Schimmel an der Wand, das Bett war am Rückenteil fleckig, unterm Bett und an den Vorhängen Staub, Fenster dreckig, Spinnen usw.

Sehr großräumig und top Service. Zwei Probleme wurden direkt gelöst, echt top. Großes Danke an dieser Stelle. Küche top ausgestattet. Alles notwendige da. Einrichtung echt ok. Lage super mit Öffentl. erreichbar. Stadt gut erreichbar.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber da ich ja nicht in Graz war um in der Wohnung zu sitzen, kein Problem. Ansonsten sehr gut.

A tisztaság tökéletes volt.

A pótágyon nem lehetett aludni. Érdemes lenne cserélni, vagy egy vastag szivacsot tenni rá, mert a merevítő vasakon nem lehet aludni.
