Lage ist schön ruhig, mit Blick auf eine große Wiese, auf der sogar Hasen hoppeln. Wohnung ist schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Fell hinter Bett ist nicht wirklich allergikerfreundlich. Außerdem ist die Wohnung im Winter etwas zugig, aber mit Türen und Rollläden plus Heizung kriegt man das hin. Anbindung ist Klasse. Zwei Bushaltestellen und eine S Bahn Station in direkter Nähe. Ein Billa, ein Spar und ein Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wer noch etwas Sport treiben will, hat einen Calisthenics park und ein Gym in der Nähe. In der Küche fehlt ein Pfannenwender und eine Schere. Abgesehen davon ist die Küche gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keinen Dunstabzug und wenn man Wasserkocher und Herdplatte gleichzeitig an wirft fliegt die Sicherung raus. Elektro Installation scheint etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Für mich passt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Clean and spacious accommodation. Excellent electric stove and kitchen. Off-street parking in front of the house. Quiet location close to tram and bus stops. A couple of supermarkets within walking distance (Spar and Billa). Large balcony facing south-west with table and chairs. Good wifi.

Access to the shower having to squeeze between the washing machine and sink. An extra pillow would have been good as well as a small sofa or second armchair.
