Dear Booking.com team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at City Apartment Hauptbahnhof. Unfortunately, our experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to share the issues we encountered. Upon arrival, it was clear that the property had not been properly cleaned. The kitchen was in an appalling condition, appearing as though it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Additionally, the bathroom had a razor blade left behind, which is a serious safety concern. To make matters worse, our children discovered a condom under the bed – a deeply disturbing finding that only adds to the overall lack of cleanliness. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I believe such conditions are not acceptable for any guest. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to address these issues to ensure future guests do not encounter similar problems. Thank you for your attention to this matter. There are very poor conditions in the appartment.The accomondatikn wa not refreshed nor refernished since the beggining. The fernitures are demoloshed and not in this same condition as host present on the photos.

This was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy, with stains everywhere, especially on the sofa and bed sheets. The sink was also dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. I booked for two nights but could only stand to stay for one. The longer I was there, the more disgusted I became. I’ve attached photos so you can see for yourself. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The communication was fluent! Easy to find the place.

The place could do with some cleaning and fixing up. And please change the sofa, it was really dirty. The place is okay if you don't need much and can cope with things not being top noch. The street next to was loud but that was to be expected. Because of this you really couldn't keep the windows open so maybe some fans could be good!

The most disgusting experience of a lifetime. Do not even think about staying here.

We arrived at the apartment and were redirected to another apartment one &half km away. The new apartment was disgusting filfy and rundown. The bathroom basin has a broken tap and no water, The toilet water tank was cracked and very,very dirty. No kettle, microwave or oven with old stuff lying on top of the cupboard , fridge is rusty and no washing towels or cleaning products. The only other room was unbelievably old and the one chair broke in half. Curtains and shutters not working at all. We did not have a key for the building outer door and had to wait outside till somebody moved in or out of the building to gain excess . The host promised to move us the next morning but chose to disappear and it was impossible to contact him at all. He bluntly ignored any communication. This place is not fit for anybody to stay in at all.
