"Well Presented Accommodation"

Beautifully aspected, fabulous, fully self contained, quality, spacious, comfortable accommodation in a lovely landscaped environment. The 2 bedroom fully fenced and gated newish townhouse completely catered for all our needs. The place was immaculately presented with two very comfortable queen sized beds. The owner thoughtfully gave us fresh eggs and other treats which were really appreciated. How did Shelley know I enjoy a cider, I dont know! It was so nice to be able to have our dog with us while on holiday and know that when she was outside she was contained in a safe, fenced yard. Not all units are fenced but have a private screen in front of their patio. I thoroughly recommend staying at Country Retreats and would have no hesitation to stay again. Thanks Shelley and staff.

It was the complete package for us. We liked the fact that it's pet friendly. Each unit is completely fenced for our pet dogs to run free. The bed and couch were very comfortable.

"A special holiday retreat"

We were thrilled with our stay - the unit was well equipped and there were lots of extras like ground coffee, chocolates and biscuits. The pool was so welcome in the lovely weather and staff made sure our visiting grandchildren felt free to use it. We would definitely choose Country Retreats On Ranzau again.

"Superb dog friendly accommodation"

Loved our stay here. Plenty of space, clean and well equipped. Really comfy beds and great shower. Could shut the gates and the dog was secure to come in and out to the garden as she pleased. Great outdoor area to enjoy the evening sun. Handy to so many things if exploring the area as we were.

Nothing. It was brilliant and we will be back one day for sure.

"Would definitely return."

This was our first stop after a transpacific flight and it was exactly the restorative retreat that we needed. The hosts anticipated our every need and we were very comfortable. The landscaping and fruit trees added to the ambiance.
