Good location, with a kind and helpful owner. The property has private, secure parking within a quiet, enclosed complex and a pleasant garden.

The main drawback was the bathroom. After two or three showers it developed an unpleasant smell. The shower is just a tub with a curtain, and water spills onto the floor instead of draining properly, leaving the mats wet and causing the odor (probably were not washed before). The facilities are very basic. In addition, the kitchenette area is very small, and the stove is only a portable electric one.
