"A very pleasant stay in Cali"

The owner and the staffs are really nice and attentive. They are genuinely kind people and always helpful. The room was super clean and cozy, with a big window. It is located in a safe neighborhood. Also i asked for laundry and the quality was better than the laundry shops that i’ve used in Colombia.

I appreciated the location in Sur Cali, close to my friends and Unicentral mall, and Jardin mall, I was well taken care of at Casa Alom and the hotel staff and associates were very accommodating with all my request, The staff members helped in directions on making sure the taxi drivers had accurate directions as needed, The room was very clean and I was able to prepare a few meals in the newly upgraded kitchen, Thank you Casa Alom for a very memorable visit in Cali.

Here I have no areas to improve, just continue the attentive service, Thank you,
