"The stay was okay but the fan in the hall was not working, only air conditioner was working. The shower head is not fun"

Location was in the city with lots of food restaurants and confectionery shops nearby. It was near to the major retail malls. Property was well secured and very quiet. There was a kids pool but unfortunately due to the short time of our stay in Ipoh, did not use it. JOM management was quick to respond to our request when the unit modem did not work that my grandson wasn't able to watch Youtube. Everything was solved within a few minutes oof the arrival of a technician.

It would be nice if there was a cordless vacuum cleaner available for quest's use.

"Convenient and comfortable stay."

Great location, many different restaurants. RNC night market below. Parking is easy. Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, large good quality couch and large tv. Filtered water. Fast communication with the property managers for self check-in. Washing machine a bonus. Can walk or 5 ringgit grab taxi to old town area. Tin miners museum great.
