Nice, comfortable place close to the night market

A few cockroaches in the bathrooms. There's a table on the balcony but no chairs

The unit is spacious with 3 rooms

Mattress is uncomfortable and unit full of smoking smell

Self check in and clear instructions were provided immediately once the booking is confirmed. The beds are comfy and can the house can comfortably fit in 8 pax (if you don’t mind sharing the beds). Cleanliness was expectational, not a single speck found. Location wise, it’s close to major eateries and Gerbang Malam. The photos shown in the web are also exactly the same like what you’re getting.

Just a minor comment but that didn’t affect the stay - suggest to upgrade the wifi because it’s quite slow.

There's a reception(which is inside the minimart) rather than being directed to a mailbox to pickup the apartment keys. Convenience store is just downstairs and opens up to midnight. Downstairs and opposite the apartment has coffee shop/restaurants Walking distance to the center of eateries and ipoh confectionary shops.

Upon check in, unit floor and toilet were dusty with renovation debries not cleaned up. But the mgmt staff were quick in come up to the unit with 2 cleaners within 10mins and cleaned up within 15 mins. Air con remote control batteries melted and had it changed. Light in 3rd room was flickering on and off. Walking past the funeral parlors towards Gerbang Malam unless use a longer detour.

Great location. Most of the famous eateries in Ipoh are all within walking distance. Unit well maintained and very clean. There is a reserved parking lot if you are driving. Very good for family stay.
