The location is good

No AC and it is too hot inside the apartment Too noisy outside and the noise continue to the late time at night. The sofa bed is horrible to sleep on it.

Location was perfect, bed was really comfortable, shower facilities were great, plenty of hot water, peaceful and quiet even though centrally located, very near to train station and ferry port, walking distance to everything, Como itself was wonderful with plenty of choices for dining out and choice of foods. Loved it all!

Nothing! If I could have had one choice, it would be that the TV had smart TV app access to watch netflix on a stormy day when we decided to stay in and relax in the apartment. But that is in no way a criticism, as the place was pretty perfect for our weekend away in Como!

We liked the position of the apartment and its accessibility to Como main town. The area was relatively quiet and peaceful even though it was central. Access to all the shops was great, particularly access to food shopping and restaurants. Plenty of activities that we enjoyed and of course the transport by road, boat , train etc were what we expected. Having access to Lugano was a great asset. Walking and sightseeing was easy and relatively simple. The weather was particularly hot for June but all in all a special week. Our thanks to Emanuela and her staff for their work and support.

The cost of everything is over inflated- a pizza meal at €67 is way too high. Every main restaurant seems to want to fleece you of your money - extras like bread/ olives/ any additional side dish that is put on your table was charged and another € 20 euros suddenly disappeared from your wallet/ budget. If there was an attempt to tell you then perhaps this injustice could have been better expressed but very annoying and expensive. We found the back street bars and restaurants less prone to this action and spent our money with them instead. A restaurant made a mistake and forgot about our order for over an hour - we waited and whilst they have us one free dessert and a limoncello we were disappointed . Finally the ferry system doesn’t allow flexibility or indeed organisation without patience or cost. It needs a complete overhaul - the system and model. However once on a ferry and away from the queues you were transported temporarily and physically by the staff- could be so much better.

Central location, clean, communicative and helpful hosts. The a/c stopped working but they came up with a quick solution with a fan.

Great location, right in the centre. Near shops,restaurants, lake, bus and rail stations.

Emanuela sent us the exact location and waited for us at the entrance where she welcomed us and explained us how the key works and how to get into the apartment. The apartment has everything you could need for your stay including a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Emanuela also gave us a map of the area and gave us insider tips on which towns to visit and which restaurants she recommends.

On Google Maps the location of the apartment is wrong.
