La proximité avec l'arrêt de bus et les commodités du village. Le balcon est appréciable.

Le matelas n'était pas très confortable. L'appartement est dans son jus mais cela n'est pas trop gênant. Frapper à la porte pour réclamer le paiement à 22h30, nous aurions pu être en train de dormir à cette heure-ci... S'attendre à ce que les cloches sonnent longuement a 7h du matin et tous les quart d'heure.

Location was very good, Seiser Alm P1 is about 15-20 minutes drive. There is also a bus station just outside, as well as a grocery store, an information centre and bakery/restaurants. Parking is also very convenient, it is in a private closed garage.

Bathroom shower curtain just had a couple of mould patches and if you do get the room at the top, there are 3 sets of stairs you need to go up in total from the parking.

L'appartamento era un po' datato e all'ingresso non aveva un buon odore. Letti e cuscini non erano comodi.

The residence was in a perfect location for hiking the schlern and taking the bus to alpe di siusi and elsewhere! All amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Owner was very kind and accommodating!

The host met us at the door and was very friendly. We had a small issue with the payment, but the host helped us to resolve that.

Payment of a 5 euro tax should be more clear on the advertisement. Apparently it was on small print that you could get to through a separate link, but the main page told us a "Total price" that didn't include 5 euro tax. Not a big deal if you carry cash, but we had only gotten the exact amount under the "total price". Thankfully, the host was gracious and resolved the issue for us when we arrived.
