Mango Lodge

The property was exceptional, host was fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate us, very good for dogs as the garden was enclosed, we absolutely loved it and will definitely book again.

There was nothing to dislike.

The lodge is ideal for an overnight stay and the bed was comfortable. Nigel had told us he wouldn't be there when we arrived but he came out to see us the next morning as we were leaving - he's very friendly.

The location was close to the shops and seafront. The facilities in the lodge were good and it was very helpful to have towels, soap and shower gel provided. Provision made for dogs staying was a nice touch. The garden was lovely and pleasant to sit in.

The problems with the TV reception. It would be good to have a full length mirror fitted to the back of the wardrobe door.

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we have used on a trip in the last 18 months. It was clean and cozy. Nigel’s attention to detail was excellent and he was a very friendly host.

The room did get quite hot even with the two windows open. A fan would be of use in summer.

Everything was nice and comfortable, the room and bathroom are clean and well decorated. The garden space is amazing, we really loved it (even if unfortunately it rained in the evening). It's very quiet, we slept well. Our dog was happy, too!

Nothing

Plenty of tea and coffee and milk. Biscuits for us on arrival and also for the dogs. Nigel was there to greet us show us to the lodge and anything we needed was to let him know. we will be returning

Only a slight criticism and we probably could have addressed it while we were there was the TV reception. the aerial may need to be adjusted slightly. I'm sure if we had mentioned it to Nigel he would have done something about it but as we went in there that much we weren't really too bothered

Lovely lodge, very tranquil and a great location.

Location, price, menus, comfy secluded space, good wifi access, personable owner who went above and beyond to makesure i was comfortable and my needs were met.
