The Beach Retreat Whitstable

Place was clean, comfortable, safe and a great location

The instructions for getting the keys were clear, the flat was spacious and had great facilities. The location was fantastic, 15 minute walk from the train station and town centre.

Nothing!

Really nice apartment. Easy to access and well fitted out with modern furnishings. Good location at only a few minutes walk to the main street and seafront. Very quiet at night and good heating system.

Kitchen could use tea bags and salt and pepper/ cooking essentials. Also the bath is nice but has no shower fitting so hard to wash hair.

Great position near the sea, clean inside, very nice decor, near good restaurants

Could do with better towels, and maybe a shower on the bath.

It was very enjoyable, great for a long weekend getaway. 3 min from the beach, 10 min from high street. The pillows and bed great and a wine was waiting for us in the fridge! As expected everything around closes early so is good to take into consideration if you're arriving late.

Only bathtub, no shower. Not bad for a short stay, it forces you to relax!!

Clean and tidy.

There was no underground parking, initial picture wasn't of the property we ended up staying at and there was no mention on the slopping ceilings throughout which made it a little difficult for some of 6 foot, especially the bathroom where as a man you can't stand. Communal entrance area is in need of updating and outside front. No clear direction for bins other than recycling Some what disappointed to find a used coffee pod on our first morning!
