Die Lage ist ideal durch die Nähe zur Stadt, zu Mur-Insel und Burgberg. Für Hundebesitzer erweisen sich die gegenüberliegenden Park- und Grünfläche für die Spaziergänne sehr geeignet.

Es gibt nichts zu Bemängeln, jedoch wäre eine zusätzliche Steh- oder Leselampe im Wohnbereich eine wetvolle Ergänzung.

Wir waren bereits zum vierten Mal da,ein besseres Qualitätsmerkmal dürfte es kaum geben.Tolle Lage im Lend,10 Minuten fußläufig zum Kunsthaus,perfekt.Parkplatz vor der Tür,der Markt auf dem Lendplatz immer einen Besuch wert,schön wie die gesamte Stadt.

Tutto molto bene. Pulitissimo, doccia eccezionale, con gabinetto in stanza separata. Due televisori. Buon riscaldamento. Parcheggio davanti alla porta. Cassonetti per spazzatura nel parcheggio. Lavastoviglie, frigorifero, macchina caffè con cialde. Acqua di cortesia, pacchettino di wafer. Stendino. Prodotto da bagno, doppio mazzo di chiavi.

Io personalmente ho difficoltà a dormire con cuscini di piume. La televisione non ha neanche un canale italiano. Ovviamente manca il bidet, come ovunque in Austria

Beautiful, spacious apartment within easy walking distance to Graz' main attractions. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Private parking space in front of the building is a huge plus. Would definitely stay there again when visiting.

"Perfect appartent with parking at a great location."

The communication with the host was so easy, we were fully informed about everything timely before our arrival, any questions we had were answered within the hour. The appartment is in a great neighberhood, there is a huge park in front of the door which was great for our dog. We had a supermarket nearby and the city center is a walking distance. The area is quiet and clean. The appartment has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It is suberbly clean and well equipped. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and there is wi fi and airconditioning in the appartment. The parking spot is right in front of the accomodation. All in all we LOVED IT...and can really recommend!

That we couldn t stay longer ;)
