"Schöne Unterkunft in super Lage ein paar wenige min zu Fuß in die Stadt"

Die Größe der Wohnung ist super! Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Volle Sicht auf den Volksgarten Check in einfach - ebenso das auschecken Vermieter telefonisch jederzeit erreichbar

Küchenutensilien könnten mehr da sein. Schöne Weingläser und eine große Kaffee oder Teetasse haben gefehlt. Ein Baumwoll - Küchentuch zum Abtrocknen war nicht vorhanden und ein Schwamm zum Abwaschen hat gefehlt Die Rollo im Schlafzimmer geht nicht ganz runter (vom Vermieter so eingestellt) aufgrund der Stühle am Balkon!! Fenster könnten sauberer sein Wc und Badlüftung läuft lange!

Die Lage ist perfekt - vom Hauptbahnhof fussläufig leicht erreichbar und auch in der Stadt ist man zu Fuß sofort. Es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert und wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Danke an die Gastgeber für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung. :-)

Aussie couple with 1yr old. The apartment (#3) was really big, lots of room. We cooked a lot of meals in the kitchen. Only 2mins walk to the pop-up cafes/bars/farmer market in Lendplatz. Walk to old town just a few minutes more. And the walk from Graz Hbf is also pretty easy. Nice view of the park out the window. Free washer and dryer (shared for the building but its only about 5 rooms). The room came with free baby cot and baby high chair. Self check-in was easy.

Couple of key items missing from the kitchen (egg flip, tongs). Bedroom a bit small to fit the cot, but we managed ok. Pillows for the bed really flat and "empty" but I think its the European style! Volksgarten Park across the road is a bit intimidating. Police there patrolling every day. But the apartment is quite secure.
