Contemporary City Apartment - by Nahuen Suites

L’appartement correspond bien aux photos sur booking. Le lave-linge est un plus. On peut aller en centre-ville à pied.

La propreté n’était pas parfaite (frigo, salle de bain). Le plus gros souci concerne le stationnement de la voiture. Sur booking, il est indiqué «  parking interne » or pas de parking et les places dans les rues de Graz sont horriblement chères

Mosógép is tartozott a szobához. Jó helyen volt,sétatávolságra sok szolgáltatáshoz.

Mikor megérkeztem koszos volt a padló. A zuhanyzó tolóajtaja ki volt csúszva a sínből. A hűtő szörnyen hangos volt.

All good, very centrally located, nice host with many good tips for the city.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with a comfortable layout. It’s in a quiet area and offers on-street parking. The check-in was smooth and the communication was clear throughout the stay.

It’s about a 20-minute walk from the old town, which might be far for some. Street parking is pricey; the nearby garage is a better option at €15 per day. There’s no air conditioning—only fans, and one was broken. The kitchen is minimally stocked, so bring all basics besides pots, pans, and utensils.

The location. It is very close to the city center, 10-15 by walk. And also very clean apartment, de check in was smooth (keyboxes) and we can reach the stuff by messages. Also they provided fresh towels.

The bathroom is so close dont have enough space to even use the toilette and only a thin door is separating the kitchen and the toilette. There is no intimacy.

The apartment was quite spacious and reasonably quiet at night. There is a large fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, stove top and oven, and washing machine. The kitchen was quite well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was very clean and secure but the entrance to the building needs some care. Completing the city tax form and payment was simple enough.

The bathroom is very small and can be challenging. Quite a long walk to the train station and bus station.
