Gemütliche Wohnung in zentraler Lage

A large clean apartment where my family of 5 people were accommodated with good comfort. I was impressed by the kitchen set - beautiful porcelain (in an apartment that is rented out daily). Special attention should be paid to the owner of the apartment and her friend. According rules check out till 11:00, but Anja owner of apartment informed us that we have time until 2:00 pm because the cleaning lady will come after 14:00. We didn't need this extra time but asked if we could leave the car in the parking lot until 2:00 PM? The answer surprised me, the next guests should arrive at 4:00 PM and the parking lot is ours until then. This care for the guests is the best indicator that deserves high marks. Thank you very much Anja. We arrived late in the evening and found the parking lot occupied, don't be upset when the apartment is empty, the owner's friend parks her car there. She saw us, moved her car, helped us park and helped us move into the apartment. Many thanks to her for that. We were very pleased with our stay in these apartments, we recommend them to everyone and will stay there ourselves next time.

De ruimte

De badkamer, het bad is niet geschikt voor ouderen. De aparte douche ontbrak. De lichtschakelaar in woonkamer verdient onderhoud.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, Preis-Leistung top. Besitzerkontakt freundlich und gut. Fast alles was die Besitzer beeinflussen können war gut.

Die Badewanne/Dusche hatte starken Abflussgeruch, der Rest Top. Alles in allem wäre die Unterkunft gut, jedoch leider gibt es einen riesen Nachteil, nämlich die Lage, bessergesagt die direkte Umgebung. An jeder Ecke fehlt der Putz, die Straßen abgelebt, unfreundlich und ärmlich. Dachte nicht dass ein Viertel wie dieses in einer Österreichischen Stadt existiert. Ohne mulmiges Gefühl zum Bus gehen ist in der Dunkelheit denke ich kaum möglich. Da fühlt man sich in generell als "unsicher" geltenden Ländern zum Teil sicher wohler.

Es war sehr sauber und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war die Innere Stadt schnell erreicht. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut! Danke Anja🖖

Lovely property with everything we needed for a great stay in graz as a family of 5. Great location. Would recommend.

Quiet and cute location, with plenty of space for children and dogs to play. There's a Spar literally around the corner. We didn't take public transportation, but it's easily accessible. Anja is a great and attentive host. Would stay again.

The floorboards in the living room are a bit noisy. There's no elevator (but the apartment is on the 1st floor, so it wasn't that bad for us).
