A lovely, cozy, and comfortable apartment, just a short walk from Lake Bled. The owners are very helpful. Highly recommended!

Close enough to the center of Bled, but still in a quieter area. Apartment to the back of the property, so no problems with street noise. Very spacious apartment where we immediately felt at home. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. Fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, we were able to have breakfast in the apartment everyday and pack our lunch for our day trips. We even enjoyed the chairs in the garden one evening. Great that we had a parking spot.

You could hear the neighbouring apartment quite well, since there is a normal (locked) door separating the two. We were woken up by the kids in the other apartment a few times.

Would liked to have a freezer with refrigerator. But this is very small inconvenience.

Really nice peaceful and quiet apartment with a good designated seating area which has lovely views of Rural Bled and mountains beyond. Easy walk to the centre and the Lake with good choice of amenities, Good wifi

Small outdoor steps could be improved with a handrail, but we would be very happy to return.

Apartment Iva is spacious enough that one could live in it. The apartment was very clean and the bedding and linens comfortable and of good quality, as were the bath linens. There was good natural light throughout the apartment and all the windows were clean so we could see the lovely mountains. The living room is a good size and has a large sofa for seating, but if there are more people than two (there were two of us), one could bring in chairs from the kitchen or bedroom. The dining table could accommodate four people comfortably. The bedroom was a large size and there was plenty of storage for clothing; both hanging and drawers. The bathroom was a good size, has great lighting and is stocked with toilet paper. The shower stall was fabulous; it had a spout from the ceiling, 3 spouts from the side and the traditional 45 degree spout…I loved it. There was a shelf in the shower to place soaps and also a small towel bar. The clothes washer is new and there was a rack for drying and pins for fastening clothes. While the apartment isn’t new construction, the owners take care to keep it updated and refreshed with paint, furniture, appliances and window treatments. There’s a well maintained yard with chairs and a small table, plus an overhead sun umbrella. We could park on the property and were able to leave our car there for a few hours after departure on our checkout day. The apartment location is 1/4 mile from the main city street and the amenities of Bled, but enough away to provide solitude. I could walk to the bakery each morning to get fresh breads. Domen, the owner, gave us a wonderful introduction to the town and the apartment, providing tips on places to visit, based on our interests. He was available for questions and advised us on the opening of a park (which had closed due to rain). We cooked 80% of our meals at the apartment. There is a lovely 4 burner induction stove and another 2 burner electric stove; all which work well.

As mentioned above, a larger cutting board would be nice. The space next to the sink is limited for preparing food, though there is other counter space across the kitchen.
