Location. I needed to stay near hospital

Everything. Especially, that they are scammers. They provide one price on a site and then they they there is additional deposit od 3 times of a price. I still haven't received it back, even though I left apartment at 9:00. Now is 14:00 and there is no return still. As they say, no one is available to check. Thinking about calling police

No 24h reception desk as mentioned. Asked for increased damage deposit fee which does not correspond to the site info. They do not provide legal documents (i.e. invoices) if you pay by card, which is absurd. They asked me to cancel consequent booking because they did not like me and all outlined findings.
