Відміна господарем за 10 хвилин до заїду

Телефонують з номера який висвічується як спам. І якщо не зміг взяти трубку то не передзвонюють. Хоча тільки забронювавши я дзвонила щоб підтвердити бронювання. На що була відповідь ми самі вам зателефонуємо. Приїхавши в Київ з трьома дітьми ми залишились без житла бо вони його відмінили. Хоча в програмі не було відміни. Запропонували інше на вул. Велика Васельківська 124а. Помешкання одним словом на 1 по всім параметрам. Дуже не задоволена. Забула згадати про побите дзеркало, обпльовані двері, і таргани. Навіть світло не працювало у прихожій. Порадував тільки вайфай. На цьому все!!!

Великі, зручні, комфортні з дуже приємним розташування

The worst apartment I've ever rented . Everything was dirty, regarding the apartment, walls full of mold, cracks, everything dirty, the worst was the kitchen, the microwave was full of dirt, it smelled bad, the kitchen utensils were broken, the shower

Several hours earlier I wrote to them that I would be at 1:00 pm. After that i had no internet connection till 12 a.m. because I was traveling from abroad. When I arrived at the place, it turned out that my reservation was taken by someone else! the owner explained that they called me in the morning, I did not pick up so they gave it to someone else

The location was fine, despite the fact that we rented a particular flat & ended up with living in another flat.

We were charged extra & informed about changing the flat the last moment, when arrived to the location.
