Чудове місце розташування. Вікна спальні виходять на Майдан. Площа квартири велика, спальня та вітальня окремо. У коридорі є великий шкаф-купе, де можна розмістити всі речі. Є все необхідне для проживання.

Квартира потребує ремонту, особливо стеля у вітальні. Зламана ручка двері в туалеті та держак для рушників не зафіксован. Відсутність капців.

розташування ,вид з вікна, привітний персонал

не дуже чисто, на коврах волосся, багато поломаних меблів та аксесуарів. , присутні співмешканці (таракани.жуки...)
