Clean, good bed, reasonably well equipped, helpful owner

Air conditioner in the apartment. Thanks to the owner for letting me check in very late and early check out.

Hair strands and some old dirty spots on the bed sheets. Bad noice isolation. Some lights weren't working.

Super easy to get keys and the manager was very friendly and accommodating!

Cozy new apartment, nice and clean bathroom, all appliances in the apartment are new and work well, the bed is comfortable.

Dust on the table and window sill and too little soundproofing... you can hear everything that happens in neighboring apartments...

The objective disadvantages are poor heating, which creates uncomfortable cold in the room, the heating itself is weak, and there is no air conditioning. despite the fact that everything is new, the apartment had a lot of dust on the tables and the shower cubicle was poorly washed ... from the subjective disadvantages, uncomfortable small pillows, the bed linen was clean, but far from new, and the soundproofing in the apartment is very poor. You can hear every word from neighboring apartments...
