Davide was fantastic. Meet us on arrival showed us around, he went was extremely helpful and arrived very quickly when we had a problem with the key, on our second day we could not work out the parking and rang him to ask if we were parked in a safe spot for the night. He then walked to the street we were parked in checked it out for us and walked us back to the accommodation. I have been using bookings for over ten years and have never had this level of service

Good facilities, location, WiFi

We chose this property because it was a short walk to Bari Centrale railway station ( about 8 minutes). En route from the station , there is a Sigma Supermarket which is 3 minutes from the unit on Via Scipione Crisanzio. Lino and David were exceptional hosts promptly responding to the issues we raised with them. They have put a lot of thought into the things a guest may want and provided same eg umbrellas. In our many travels these 2 host qualities are not that common.

Others had reported issues with light, ventilation and a musty smell at times. We were aware of this from previous reviews when we booked. These are issues we have noted in other accommodation. The intermittent noise behind the bed head that sounded like a hot water system and/ or air conditioner kicking in. The lack of an adequate clothes during rack for inside use . The external drying rack provided is very , very small. It is external to the unit and appears to be shared with another unit. There is a drier /washing machine combo provided but the drier is slow and not all clothes are suitable. The tap in the shower was very stiff and difficult to use. David may have been able to fix it during our stay.

I liked that it was cosy but felt clean and modern. Short walking distance to most places in town.

Only small issues is lack of big windows. There is a small window above the door and a skylight.

Davide is an excellent host. Really kind and attentive. We had his support during our entire stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you can think of. It is really clean, spatious, and nicely decorated. You will have access to a quiet inner yard with a small table and chairs, perfect for having coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The bed was comfortable and the sheets extremely clean. You have sockets throughout the apartment so you can recharge all your phones, external batteries, tables etc. Totally recommend the place.

We loved the ceiling windows, but maybe someone who's claustrophobic might have to take into account the lack of regular windows. We were totally fine with it, we considered it quite interesting, actually.

The apartment was well equiped for our 2 night stay. It was within a 15 min walk to the old town. Davide meet us on check-in and gave us information about the town and what to see. He was quick to answers our questions before arrival as well. The apartment was in good order and clean

The bed was far too hard and pillows very flat which did not make for a good nights sleep

The apartment is very good-equipped, clean, comfortable and it's location is perfect: close to Bari Centrale railway station and also the old town. It was really worth it to book here!

I can not tell anything that I didn't like about the apartment.

This well-planned apartment had everything you needed for a 5 day stay. The hosts were attentive and thoughtful. We were there during a heat wave and the apartment offered a lovely respite from the heat. Walking distance to everywhere in Bari, station, old town, city center and supermarkets. The Spar Supermarket by the station is quite good.
