The unit is complete for family: - washing machine, fully aircond - kitchen - stove, toaster, cooking utensil, water filter, fridge, mugs and plates - drying area - towels provided - tv and wifi (internet) - books to read - Easy checkin, in and out, covered parking, security is guest friendly - many shops nearby the condo

One aircond is not properly function The masterbedroom's water heater is not working

"A Hidden Gem for 6 Pax in Meru - IF there are no Senior Citizens traveling with you"

1. Clean. Clean. Clean. Well done to the owner for keeping the place clean. 2. Spacious for 6 adults. If you have young kids, maybe you could squeeze in up to 2-3 young toddlers/babies. 3. Kitchen amenities were adequate and met our needs. Dining table was a big winner as we spent time at this table 80% of the time. 4. Beds were comfortable. The extra pillows were a nice touch. 5. The TV set-up is adequate if you have your own Netflix/Disney+ account.

Master bathroom water heater just never got the water hot at all The shower in the 2nd bathroom worked fine for the senior citizens of our group. This is just to note if you're travelling with Senior Citizens: the bathrooms are not built for senior citizens - high shower knob, high shower handle, high rails for towels, no toilet handle for support - which are all crucial if you're traveling with 70 to 80+ year olds. (Highlighted by thr Senior Citizens) Highlighted the master bathroom lack of hot water to the owner/property manager, who acknowledged that the water heater in the master bath may need replacing soon.
