L appartement est très spacieux avec 3 chambres dont une avec sa salle de bains privative. Le personnel très agréable. On a pu laisser nos bagages quand on est arrivés et avoir la chambre une heure plus tôt que prévu. La piscine a débordement est superbe

Right in the middle of town. Convenient to walk to the shops and restaurants.

The key collection is one of the easiest in all my years of travel: 2 thumbs up. The coin laundry has workers that are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of food options just 5 to 8 minutes walk away

The ceiling in the bathroom has water stains and mould

Location was good as it was walking distance to many eateries and was right in that city.

1). Had to wait quite a while for lifts most times 2) We had booked for 5 people but there were only 4 cups (I had to ask for more); dinning table only had 4 chairs so we could not even have a sit down dinner; only 1 wok / pan available for cooking. There was no lid, so limited cooking options. Microwave was a tiny one, the salted chicken we bought back to eat could not even be heated up in there as it got stuck on the turntable 3) There was no hot water in the bathroom (not ensuite) after the first person showers. Note that this is an instant electric shower! We tried to reset it but to no avail. Most of us had cold showers at night 4). There was no shower curtain in the ensuite bathroom so when someone showers, the bathroom gets all wet! 5). The products supplied by the hosts for this unit were terrible - shower gel and shampoo were so drying for the skin and hair we had to buy our own immediately! The dishwashing liquid was not even a liquid. Came out like a gel, so gross. And please, change the washing sponge after every guest for hygiene purpose! 6). There is mould / water marks on the ceiling of the 2nd bathroom. Made us uncomfortable using the bathroom 7). There is a smell coming from the air conditioning unit in the single room. We had no choice but to keep using it as there was no fan in the room 8). Please provide better pillows. They are all lumpy (as though disintegrated) and it was gross to sleep on!

Close proximity to many places

The unit is quite run down, showers are not working properly. The blankets in the rooms are stained with blood stains from before & smells musty. Mattresses are also old & not comfortable.

A great place to stay, exceptional service, views & location with walking distance to Gerbang Malam and famous biscuits shop. Very clean rooms, very good shower & bathroom. It was a pleasant stay and no doubt we would stay here again!

Only one or two lifts were working during our stay but not affect our trips much as the waiting time for the lifts were acceptable.
