Fantastic property. Everything about it blew our expectations. Extremely central location. Really spacious studio, had everything you’d need for a long stay. Huge kitchen area with loads of equipment. Nice and quiet too!

Estudio decorado con muy buen gusto y muy bien equipado: útiles de cocina, cafetera, microondas, tetera, tostadora. Microondas, lavavajillas y toallas baño (cada 2 días pasaban a reponer). Pequeña terracita y ubicación excelente.

La calle tiene poco transito pero la insonorización no es buena. Los fines de semana hay demasiado ruido para poder descansar bien.

Schön und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer in guter Lage zu gutem Preis!

Klimaanlage über dem Bett, diese hat permanent Dreck ausgespuckt, dann kam auch noch Wasser raus. Nachts um 0 Uhr den Vermieter oder Personal ans Telefon zu bekommen war erst nach Ewigkeiten möglich. Wenigstens kam dann jemand. Dann wurden uns Vorwürfe gemacht, dass wir das verursacht hätten. Am nächsten Tag 2h Reparatur an der Klimanlage. Ergebnis: weiterhin Dreck im Bett. Fazit: Keine Klimaanlage im Dachgeschoss nutzbar, stattdessen wurde ein mickriger Ventilator aufgestellt. Sehr schade, da eigentlich ein schönes Apartment!
