I don't have any complaints

The apartment was comfy, spacious, well furnished and handy for transport links by train and bus, shops, restaurants and the city centre. Most amenities and places of interest were within walking distance.

The instructions to enter the property provided were not only unhelpful but were positively wrong. I had to wait outside for thirty minutes to obtain an explanation of how to enter. After that the instructions by phone took anothrer twelve minutes before I could enter. It was in fact simple to gain entry, but this was not explained. Also - I arrived after 10 pm on a Saturday. There was no water, tea or coffee in the apartment on arrival. By the time the nearest Mini-Mercado opened at 9.00 on Sunday I was seriously dehydrated. This is basic hospitality and simply does not seem to have been considered.

I liked the balcony and the shower.

The lack of options for a third bed. The WiFi was not working consistently and there wasn’t a sufficient supply of toilet paper. Also the key to the building needed a lot of effort to open the door because it didn’t work as soon as we put the key in it had to be pushed in and out to work.

Handy for the station and the bus station. Well laid out apartment. Lost of really good quality books about walks in the area, local history and nature. Very comfortable bed and furniture.

Bin trucks quite noisy during the night. Grout in the shower room needs cleaning.
