Отличное расположение дома, 7й этаж, не высоко, рядом метро 3 мин пешком. Рядом магазины, кофе, из окна видно пруд и реку, вид просто шикарный.

Квартира требует косметического ремонта. Есть небольшой износ стен и мебели.
