Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Η εμπειρία μας στο κατάλυμα στο Κόμο ήταν ιδιαίτερα απογοητευτική. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν αγενείς και καθόλου πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Παρότι επισκεφθήκαμε το Κόμο στις 29 Απριλίου, είχαν ήδη ρυθμίσει το σύστημα κλιματισμού αποκλειστικά σε ψύξη λόγω εποχής, με αποτέλεσμα ο κλιματισμός να λειτουργεί συνεχώς με κρύο αέρα και να κάνει έντονο θόρυβο μέσα στη μέρα. Την ίδια στιγμή, η θερμοκρασία το βράδυ έπεφτε στους 10-11°C, κάνοντας το δωμάτιο αρκετά κρύο και την παραμονή ιδιαίτερα δυσάρεστη. Χρειάστηκε μεγάλη επιμονή για να δεχτούν τελικά να κλείσουν τον κλιματισμό, ενώ δικαιολογούνταν επικαλούμενοι δήθεν ιταλικούς νόμους περί κλιματισμού. Συνολικά, μια πολύ κακή εμπειρία που δεν θα προτείναμε.

This property ticked all the essential boxes, must have lift as I travelled with 82 year old uncle, space, cleanliness, facilities, views and central, very close to the lake, easy walking distance. The team ay MyHomeComo were excellent and quick to respond to any questions... it is an exceptional place to stay.

Nothing we didn't like at all...

Great location as very central to the main square in Como and a short walk to Como Lago train station. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. A fantastic apartment to stay in when visiting Lake Como and the surrounding area.

Entry to the property via the door code was a bit complicated. Would have been better to send this entry information by email 1-3 days ahead so it could be read or even printed out in advance. It was difficult to manage when only just landed in Italy and trying to understand the entry system with limited internet access upon arrival in the country
