Alles, Kommunikation und alles war echt gut. Ich danke der Gastgeber, alles gut gemacht. Wir haben ein Handy in der Wohnung vergessen und er hat zu uns nach Hamburg geliefert. Herzlich vielen Dank!

L'apartament és molt ampli i suficient per 8 persones. Està ben equipat i tot està molt net. La ubicació és molt bona per visitar la Selva Negra. Europa Park està a 15 minuts.

Everything was super good, nothing to complain about :)

A nice, clean, and spacious apartment within 15 minutes drive to Europa-Park. It is air conditioned which is a plus of you are visiting in summer. We stayed for two nights and our main purpose was to visit Europa-Park. The apartment is located on top of a car repair shop in a quiet neighborhood. We arrived at night and and we found out the iron is not working and since we were planning the next to leave early in the morning, we really wanted to iron our clothes, so we communicated with the host and he sent someone with a new iron for us even it was late at night. We really appreciated his response.

We were supposed to checkout at 11:00am but we were still getting our stuff and at 11:15am a lady came and started yelling at us in German and we couldn’t communicate since she didn’t speak English and she just kept yelling at us and scared our kids. At first we did not know who she was but it turned out that she was the cleaning lady and just wanted us to leave to start cleaning, she was really rude.
