Relaxing Beach holiday house

Very friendly and supportive host, amazing view from the balcony, well equiped apartment at a quiet by central location!

the view is beautiful, quiet location, and hostess wonderful and helpful.

bathroom and shower were old and need updating, pillows not comfortable (I ended up using a cushion), needs more storage - hooks, shelves etc to put things at the entrance and in the main room, kitchen is basic.

very clean and comfortable apartment with amazing views. The place is a 10-minute walk along the water to the center of Hvar City. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view of the the harbor. The Hosts were very nice, the got us a good parking spot and helped us settle in and handed over the keys to us and also guided us to how to get to the old town. Loved her vibe. Nice patio with plenty of greenery around

Had to take luggage along quite long stairs to reach the apartment and every time to go out and come back. Would recommend not to carry big luggage as it is difficult to carry on the stairs

The best thing for us is that it located by the beach front base after stepping down the quite long stairs. There were lots of the permitted swimming spots included in the rock pools (found one colourful fish!) where is good for the beginner snorkeler like me. 15mins on foot to Pokonji dol Beach. English speaker, flexible and warm female owner and welcoming charming dog. She responded with our several traveling questions in advance by the message and it was even more helpful with the what up video about the turning point direction to get the apartment and where the washing machine is when she was away. It takes only 15mins to the Ferry port & Hvar taxi boat(5min+) alongside the sea. The two supermarkets nearby is very important for the budget traveller! As it gets the quieter season so luckily we got the upgraded one with living room from the sea view Studio!! Se prepared 2 single blankets on the large double bed as knowing we are just friends. We stayed only 3nights last week of September and owner encouraged us the weather would be changeable from worried the thundering all day and drops weather forecast of the period 21-22℃, Indeed we got sunny and warmer sea water we managed with the bottom rash guard. We would recommend this apartment and wish to come back again. Thank you for your kindness, Ivona.

Nothing to say much but only tiny thing is that wished have some more bowls for my cereal, and bigger mugs.

clean & comfortable. beautiful view & big terrace everything you needed was in the kitchen. comfortable beds, quite at night

there was 55 steps to go down to the apartment from where the cars are parked once you found the address. then another 88 steps down to the sea/beach & street. so ofcourse you had to walk back up all steps to the apartment & carry all your luggage & bags up & down to the car . which is not good if you have a bad hip & 69 years old. the steps are not mentioned on Booking.com. we arrived alittle early then expected.there was no one there to meet us so I had to called the host who was not home only her daughter who showed us to our apartment. we thought the host would come to say hello & for the registration. but she didn’t. the next morning we were leaving I phoned the host expecting her to come to say hello & good bye. we were asked if everything was ok. I asked if she need our ID for registration but was told she has everything she needs .!!!??? she said thank you & good bye . so we never saw our host . which was not very welcoming.

The views are stunning! Loved the balcony view, The host is wonderful! loved her vibe. The 2 bedroom apartment was light, bright and airy, very clean. Close to Hvar but just enough away for some peace and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and grocery stores close. Lovely visit!

As mentioned, the over 90 stairs with luggage is definitely challenging. ok when just coming back to property without luggage.
