Relaxing Beach holiday house

The location is great if you are more into beaches than city life. Close to the water and really nice spots where you have your own beach if you take a little walk. Also the owner gave me access to my room a few hours earlier which made my stay in hvar longer and better

The property was clean and situated just a 15-minute walk from Hvar Town, in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful views overlooking the town. The walk along the coast to the property is scenic and enjoyable. Ivona, the property owner, met us upon arrival and was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location is also ideal for exploring further, just a 20-minute walk away is Pokonji Dol, a lovely gravel beach perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Hvar.

Access to the property is via stairs. While this is something to keep in mind, it is not considered a fault of the property.

The property was very nice, well cared for and immaculately clean. It is very close to the main attractions of Hvar. The owner is a really nice person and was very helpful. She made sure that our apt was ready even though we arrived early.

Did have a lot of stairs to get to….

Had everything we needed for a superb 2 night stay on Hvar. A short walk from the main old town area (we prefer that), but with everything we needed nearby; supermarket for breakfast supplies and snacks and a really good bar and eating place 5 minutes away in the little cove “The Hvar Brewing Company”. The room was immaculate and the large bed was the comfiest one so far this trip. The bed linen was spotless and gently scented, which was lovely. It was very quiet overnight and we slept well. Ivona’s placid friendly dog Orla completely stole our hearts. The patio area is perfect for a glass of wine outside the apartment and I made use of the rattan lounger on the patio for a quiet half hour in the late sunshine after a busy day. I Would highly recommend this accommodation.
