квартира була погано прибрана . особливо це стосується ваной кімнати. унітаз дуже погано помитий. душова кабіна також дуже брудна.

I like understanding and friendly staff I like that you can change the dates of your staying without fee, also you can cancel without fee your staying if you have unexpected changes of plans Entering, lock keys, chambermaid, floor.. etc I like the availability of water for the issue, availability of a working elevator when the lights were turned off

Some furniture was broken.
