The scenery from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We checked in without any issue and finding a carpark wasn't too difficult. The beds were comfortable. The resort staff were friendly and always ready to help and surrounding was really tranquil and relaxing. Will definitely be back next time we are in Ipoh.

A washer/dryer would have been handy. Having more kitchen hand towels and better kitchen utensils would have been nice too. Other than that, we had everything we needed.

"Go for haven hotel service for better service"

The view,location and facility in haven itself is extremely awesome.If you wish to book using booking.com,please note that you might have homestay unit instead of hotel which has a totally difference type of services.Don't expect hotel facilities such as bell boy service,pool towel,welcome drink or free breakfast with this unit. The unit itself is ok.

They gave us one extra mattress as complementary and keep charging for each single other requests.They even change 40 for an hour early check in which I have never experience in any hotels or air bnb.We had 2 babies on board and there weren't allowed to check in early with no cost.Since It's not under management hotel,you will not get a towel at the pool area.Need to bring your own and careful,they will charge you if the towel is missing..we left ours in pool .
