Дуже зручна локація. Поряд із метро, магазинами. Невисокий поверх, газова плитка. Доволі чисто, але варто під тумбочки подивитися. Постілі чисті

Старі неохайні пательні, тупі ножі, Трохи втомлений ремонт. Дверцята на холодильнику варто перевісити на зручний бік. Вода із крану має неприємний запах та присмак
