Місце розташування чудове. Поряд станція метро, зупинки міського транспорту, великий супермаркет, Пузата хата. В апартаментах чисто, є все необхідне приладдя, зручний балкончик, мʼякий диван з другим комплектом білизни. Завжди гаряча вода, навіть коли немає світла. В апартаментах дуже тепло та затишно. Менеджер дуже чуйна, все підказувала та завжди цікавилася, як справи після обстрілів. Нам дуже сподобалось, одне з найкращих місць, де ми зупинялися в Києві. Однозначно рекомендую та при нагоді зупинюся тут ще.

Дуже сподобались апартаменти: все необхідне було присутнє, креативне освітлення, чистота. Незважаючи на виключення світла, в квартиры була вода та опалення, що було дуже критичним для нас!

Локація, приємний вид з вікна, відносно безпечна локація на випадок ракетних/шахедних атак (2 поверх), адекватна кухня, під час опалювального сезону дуже тепло, чудовий матрас, постіль достатньо гарної якості

Ванна виглядає трішки більш застарілою ніж решта приміщення, пральна машинка у приміщенні загального користування

Потрапили якраз на відключення світла, якщо я правильно зрозумів, то бойлер живиться від альтернативних джерел і тому гаряча вода була у нас незалежно ні від чого - це великий плюс. Єдине що хочеться ще, це щоб при відсутності електрики працював роутер і якась мінімально одна лампочка.

Відносно тонкі стіни. Але це мінус лише, якщо поруч недобросовісні сусіди.
