spacious apartment, walking distance from Graz university and the beautiful city center. there is a shop closeby (1min walk) and so are tram and bus stops. the host was very responsive.

Großzügige Altbauwohnung mit großem Balkon. Viel Platz im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit modernen Bildern an den Wänden. Platz im ruhigen Innenhof für Auto und Fahrräder.

Klotür schließt nicht gut.

"Eine wundervolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage."

Schöne und vor kurzem renovierte Altbauwohnung mit Charme und ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht - Altstadtnahe zentrale Lage / alles fußläufig erreichbar und dazu Tram-Station direkt vor der Tür (die Straßenbahn fährt in kurzem Takt - hat uns aber nicht gestört, obwohl meine Frau sehr Lärm-empfindlich ist). Vom großen Balkon kann man zum Schloßberg schauen. Gute Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Hinterhof gegen faire Gebühr - diese macht Sinn, da auf der Straße für Nicht-Anwohner ein 3h-Limit besteht. Den Vermieter haben wir nicht persönlich getroffen, aber sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation und Unterstützung über den Booking-Kanal.

Ein paar Gläser und Tassen mehr wären sinnvoll...

The location is tucked away into a very nice quiet area of Graz that has extremely easy access to the tram line into town and a shopping market (Spar) that has everything you need just 15 meters or so away. The apartment is very nice, and very livable. I stayed here for a business trip for 60 days and was significantly better than staying in a hotel. fully furnished and ready to go. very comfortable bed as well!

No dishwasher. Otherwise this place was perfect.
