Lage Top. Alles gut funktioniert. Sauber und das was man für einen Kurzbesuch in Graz benötigt. Geschäfte Restaurants und Unterhaltung ist alles in der Nähe.

I have made a reservation with this property as part of a business trip, which I indicated during the booking process. Even before I traveled, I messaged the owner telling them that I would require an invoice, which they agreed they would issue. After departure, I still had not received the invoice, and noticed that on whatsapp, where I was communicating with them, I could not find a message history - indicating a block. After multiple attempts at reaching out to them, I was never successfull, and I have reasons to believe they will never reach back to me. If you are booking this for a business trip, please be aware, that the owner is not taking the responsibility for issuing invoices.

Emplacement parfait. Appartement spacieux lumineux bien chauffé

Cafetière non fonctionnelle, poële inutilisable, canapé abîmé. Manque un peu de décoration. La taxe de séjour n’est pas incluse dans le prix initial.

"Spacious apartment in the heart of Graz"

Very spacious, perfect for a small familiy and a bigger group, the location is in the heart of Graz. Which makes travel by public transport easy.

Jakominiplatz is pretty noisy. I still would stay there because the pros outweigh the cons.
