"The main advantage -- it's cheap!"

It's a good lake near the flat so you can walk there. The apartment was clean and renovated not so long time ago.

The tenement building is old and looks not successful. No condition system. It's OK in winter but I think it would be very hot in the summer. And anyway it's very small.

Lake near the house.

This is the second time I've been there, unfortunately nothing has changed... it only got worse... the bathroom is dirty, the bed is very uncomfortable, the towels are incredibly small, the pillowcases and sheets are far from new... the refrigerator is very noisy and does not let you sleep front and stairwell in disrepair...

Ease of settlement, lake.

The apartment needs renovation. there is no door between the kitchen and the room, so the noise from the refrigerator keeps you awake all night...
