Apartment Brno Reissigova

The location is quite OK, close to shops and in a walking distance from city center. The apartment has a nice terrace. Good value for money.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room (open space with the kitchen), not 3 bedrooms as advertised. The beds were not that comfortable. Recommend to bring your own towels.

It is very close to a tram stop so it only takes a short time to get to downtown Brno. Parking is free of charge on the street in front of the house, if your licence plate is registered (done by the accommodation provider). The two bedrooms are good for a family (2 adults + 2 children). There is a balcony from one of the bedrooms.

There is no airconditioning and elevator - but we were aware of these when we booked the appartment, so it was no surprise.

The apartment was great and the host was so helpful. The parking was limited but he allowed us to park in a secure place.

We had to pay in cash which was very unusual although the lovely host did take us to Tesco to the cash machine. Also the apartment is on the 3rd floor so there are lots of steps to get to the apartment with no lift.

The apartment is very nice, clean, comfortable and perfectly located. It has everything one needs. Special thanks for the coffee machine) The shopping centre is just a 5 minute walk. It’s close to the highway as well- so we didn’t worry about getting stuck in a traffic jam. At the same time it is close enough to the city centre, only 5-6 tram stops. The owner is very nice and helpful. We arrived quite late. but he was there for us- to check us in. He helped us with the parking- we didn’t have to pay for it ) Overall, we can strongly recommend this apartment.

It is the third floor without the elevator, which may be difficult for some people. It is mentioned in the description, and we knew about that when we booked it, but it was challenging to go up the stairs.

It’s in good location, you can park nearby and when you tel your car plate number to the owner, the parking is free.

There is no air conditioning it was hot as hell in the hole apartment because it’s in the last floor. There is no elevator, we where for only one night and it was ok, but if you are with bigger luggage or with children, it will be uncomfortable. The third bed is situated in the living room. There is only one bathroom.
