"На одну ніч підійде, на довге знаходження краще щось пошукати інше."

Зажди обираю житло в цьому районі (Печерський), тому район та власниця квартири були приємною частиною. До часу заїзду поставились з розумінням, бо довелось декілька разів змінювати. Квартира загалом велика, достатньо місця для родини (нас було тільки 2, тому для нас було дуже просторо).

Ціна точно не відповідає якості. Квартира вже помітно «втомлена». В залі ціла бібліотека книжок СРСР. Шафи завалені різними речами. На кухні весь посуд довелось перемивати перед використанням, бо були занадто помітні свіжі плями, на деяких каструлях залишки їжі. За такі гроші знімала набагато чистіші квартири на цьому ж районі в різні періоди часу (розумію, що ціна піднялася через свята скоріш за все, але тим не менш).
