An unsettling and disappointing experience – would not recommend I stayed at this triplex apartment on the 11th floor. While the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped, the overall experience was deeply disappointing. From the first night, it was nearly impossible to sleep. There were loud parties in the common areas of the building almost every night, with shouting and music continuing until dawn. The windows are not soundproof, and during the day, we could also hear constant noise from what seemed to be a nearby school. The apartment’s decor was disturbing—old photographs of deceased people, Incan fabrics, and ancestral objects that created a very heavy, negative atmosphere. One night, three of us witnessed what appeared to be a ghostly figure on the stairs. It was truly unsettling. Security was another major concern. One night, someone opened the front door while we were sleeping. There is no staff on-site; communication is only through WhatsApp, and there was no real assistance. The building security at the entrance was not helpful either. The BBQ on the rooftop was completely rusted and unusable. The inner stairs between floors felt unstable and dangerous, especially given the height of the building. In the event of an earthquake, there is no safe evacuation route. Apart from the comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, and decent kitchen, everything else was problematic. Between the constant noise, eerie environment, and lack of security or support, I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking rest, comfort, or safety.

The location was superb, very central and close to some amazing restaurants, very friendly and responsive hosts. I’ve stayed in Mira Flores about 20 times and this was my favourite spot so far.

The location was excellent. Super comfortable beds. It had everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing apartment, beautiful views. This place was incredible. 3 story and each floor immaculately maintained. Nicest staff and best place I've stayed in lima so far!! Well stay here again!!
