"Ціна за такий жк та район не висока, є мінуси. Але вартує своїх грошей."

Дуже зручна локація. На території ЖК багато класних закладів та магазинів, є паркінг, який працює як укриття, поруч метро.

Відмінили бронювання за кілька годин до заселення. Сказали що не було світла і не змогли попередити. Відключень в Києві на той момент і не було, а як і було, то можна було подзвонити. Мені прийшлось в терміновому режимі шукати собі житло і переплатити. Неприємне враження і зіпсований приїзд у столицю
