The location was great. Close to my appointments and close to the mall and restaurants. The size of the apartment was nice. the two and a half baths were great to have. The two bedrooms was nice when I had to kick my husband out for snoring.

There was no AC, which I understand is common in Peru. Unfortunately there was a heat wave will we were there. There were two rotating fans that we had to move to whatever room we were in. There was only one tv in the master bedroom. I had to wear shoes or my socks were black. There was a lot of noise. Lots of dogs barking and lots of construction in the apartments close by and traffic. All could be because we had to leave the windows open the whole time.

We have been renting this apartment over the years. It's spacious, clean, has an office for my husband, and the owner is lovely! The location is perfect for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Carla’s apartment in San Borja, Lima. We stayed there from beginning of October until December 2025. The location is excellent, and one of the standout features is the view. Being on the fifth floor, the apartment offers a beautiful outlook with greenery. It creates a calm, peaceful atmosphere that really adds to the experience in the apartment. Also, it’s in a safe area of Lima since it has the ‘Pentagonito’ (little Pentagon), the building for the headquarters of the Peruvian army. We saw many people jogging, strolling, and riding their bikes. It’s also walking distance to two active Catholic churches, the closest being San Leopoldo. What truly sets this place apart is Carla herself. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, and her care gave us real peace of mind throughout our stay. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, including bringing us small blankets so we could enjoy the sunset outside on the balcony. If you’re looking for a place where you feel genuinely cared for and have peace of mind while in Lima, Carla’s San Borja apartment is an excellent choice. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Carla was an excellent host. She went far and beyond for helping us in any need that we have during our stay in Lima,Peru. She will always answer the phone and try to help you. The location of the apartment is very nice, secure and you can walk around. Carla is an excellent person. She treats people the way she would like to be treated. Spanish: Carla es una anfitriona excelente. Nos apoyo con cualquier necesidad que tuvimos. Siempre contesto el telfono y resolvio cualquier inconveniente. La locacion del departamento esta en una zona segura de Lima, se puede caminar por los alrededores. Ella trata tan gentilmente a sus huespedes que hace sentir como si uno estuviera en casa.

La ubicación es buena para asuntos de trabajo

Excellent location. Very comfortable. The front door staff was the best!

This is our third stay at Bello Apartamento. It's located in a lovely and safe neighborhood, across from a park, walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The bedrooms are large, and the office is ideal for my husband who works remotely. We love having 2 full baths and a powder room, just like at home. The apartment is clean and well equipped, it even has a washer/dryer. Carla, the owner, is super nice and so accommodating! The doormen are polite and very helpful. It's an ideal rental for us!
