Pereiras House of Charm - Downtown

We loved this property. Check-in was easy and so was checking out. Vasco and Tatiana are super helpful and friendly. The apartment was finished to a very high spec with everything we need. Modern but keeping all of its original character and charm. We loved the bedroom with the ensuite and loved the open plan living area. The kitchen was fully equipped and spotlessly clean. The apartment is close to a supermarket, the marina and lots of restaurants. We are definitely coming back for a return visit.

Tatiana and Vasco are great communicators and charming hosts. On the actual day, our arrival time was difficult to predict. They were patient and welcoming. As was the bottle of wine. It is a short walk to the old town and the waterfront. The home is beautifully renovated with amazing period features such as tile floors and stone walls. The outdoor kitchen and patio were excellent. The rooftop terrace is fantastic and does have furniture. A wonderful place for Port, chocolate and stargazing.

This is best accommodation we have had on our 8 week Europe trip, this place is immaculate and has absolutely everything you could possibly want. The owners have taken great pride in renovating this home. The information provided was excellent also. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Very charming place, the owner is really nice and does his best to arrange everything upon our arrival. The place is really clean and very well situated in Faro. We loved it.

We loved staying here and it was perfect for my family of 4. The place is very well decorated. The kitchen had all the needs to make simple meals. It was nice having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for our family. Tatiana was very response whenever we had any questions. We had also asked for a 12 noon check out time (it’s normally at 11am) and they allowed us. I would highly recommend this home!

Great, well located apartment, rare to get decent 3 bedroomed apartment. Really well kept and nice feel about the place. Handy for lovely local restaurants in old town and great local supermarket.

Minor grumble but did find it quite difficult to find, despite the address....just something for others to be aware of...persistence pays off!

A beautiful house in a very good location. We had everything that you could want for a short stay and Vasco was kind enough to allow us an early check out too. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a trip to Faro.
