Чудове помешкання для оренди, видно, що власники не шкодують грошей на утримання чиста, біла білизна, є можливість випити чаю, в помешканні чисто. Змогла заселитися раніше за адекватну доплату, і під час блекауту наша хост писала переживала щоб ми не змерзли). Хоч будинок і старий але поруч метро і багато магазинів.
